A New Chapter: Opening of Classes at UP Tacloban

Masters in Management

The start of another academic year always brings with it a mix of excitement and anticipation. This time, it feels even more special for me as we officially opened classes for the Master’s program at the University of the Philippines Tacloban — a journey I am deeply grateful to be part of.

What makes this year extra meaningful is being entrusted with the role of Student Council President. It’s both an honor and a responsibility that I wholeheartedly embrace. As we step into our third year — the final stretch before we take our comprehensive examinations — I can’t help but look back at how transformative these past two years have been.

This program has not only sharpened my knowledge but has also reshaped my entrepreneurial journey. The lessons I’ve gained are not confined to theories; they translate into real strategies, insights, and applications that I’ve been able to integrate into my business and leadership roles. Beyond academics, this experience has gifted me with friendships that have grown into meaningful connections — bonds that go beyond the classroom and enrich both personal and professional life.

Looking ahead, I am excited about the opportunities this program continues to open up: deeper networks, stronger collaborations, and new pathways for engagement with both business and government sectors. These are the kind of connections and insights that fuel transformation, not just for myself, but for the organizations and communities I serve.

As we embark on this pivotal third year, I carry with me gratitude, determination, and the vision of turning what I learn into action. This is more than a program — it’s a journey of growth, impact, and leadership.

Here’s to a year of learning, leading, and making it count.
